TURN AROUND TIME:
Please allow a up to 4 weeks TAT for all items ESPECIALLY custom. Any customization that is made can increase the processing time. Please remember that it is just me here. I am the only one who is making, testing, and packing the orders. I try to get help when I can but almost every single item is made to order.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Delivery estimates are generated by USPS not us. I would allow between 7-10 Business days. Please note that we HIGHLY suggest choosing Priority shipping if you are worried about time frames. We are not responsible for any orders that get lost or if the items gets delivered but you are claiming it is not. This is why we HIGHLY suggest purchasing route insurance along with your order. We will NOT replace items and will NOT refund if these things happen. ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO USPS IT IS NO LONGER IN OUR HANDS. PLEASE REACH OUT TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE ABOUT DELAYS, OR DELIEVERY ISSUES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. They are experiencing world wide delays. So please be patient with both us AND your postal workers!
MULTIPLE ORDERS:
WE CANNOT COMBINE ORDERS AS OF 10/7/2022. DUE TO OUR WEB HOSTS NEW POLICIES AS WELL AS ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION. Orders will NOT be combined going forward. Please do not select local pick up on a second order, you will be invoiced for shipping.

CANCELATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES:

-Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchasing. After 2 hours ALL sales are final. THERE ARE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH CANCELING. Refunds cost us money, so all fees must be covered by buyer if order is cancelled. You will be refunded the remaining costs.
-All Custom/Personalized orders CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
-If you want to make a return or an exchange you must notify us within 4 days of delivery. *What your tracking says as the delivery date, not when you opened it or picked it up*
-It must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in original condition.
-Buyer is fully responsible for any shipping charges that come with return labels or exchange fees.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
-All international buyers are fully responsible for any taxes, fees, customs, ETC that come with. Please know that Shipping times are VERY long right now for international orders.
